The Auctioneer will not be held liable for the Sellers removal of any item or items.
The Auction Company and affiliated companies is acting as Agent for the Seller and all representations made by Auctioneer are made on behalf of the Seller.

The Auctioneer is not responsible for the acts or representations of the Seller. Any action or recourse will be directed to the Seller and not to the Auction Company and affiliated companies.

REGISTRATION: To bid online, the Online Auction Registration Form must be completed before the online auction item closes. Click here to register for our Online Auction site. Once Online Registration has been approved, you can use the username and password for all online auctions on our Online site.

ONLINE BIDDING: After Completion of the Online Registration Form and being approved you are ready to bid.
You can enter two types of Bids Online one the initial bid and then a maximum bid (which is the bid you are willing to go up to) if desired. Bids are only accepted in standardized bidding increments as listed below.

ONLINE WINNING BIDDER NOTIFICATION: The Online Buyer shall be notified after completion of the auction via email and, or phone call within a 48 hours from end of auction.

BIDDERS RESPONSIBILITY: As a Bidder, placing a bid is a binding contract between you and the Owner/Seller and the bid cannot be retracted. Once you place a bid, and if you win, you will be obligated to buy the product at the said price you indicated as your bid. Placing a bid on this Site, and winning, then not paying for the product is illegal, and prosecution can result.

The Auctioneer/Owner/Sellers of property sold through this Site reserve the right to reject any and all bids, in their sole discretion. Only the laws of the State of Florida shall apply and shall govern all actions accordingly.

Buyer agrees to abide by all such Florida laws. If you reside in Florida you will be charged the local Florida Sales Tax applicable.

As a Bidder you are responsible for any bids placed under your bidding number and password. The security of your Bidder information is your sole responsibility as you, the Bidder, will be responsible for any and all bids placed under your number. If at any time you feel that your Bidder number and password have been compromised due to lack of security on your part you must notify Auction Company and affiliated companies immediately.

SALE TERMS: All items in the catalog are sold as described by the Seller of the item. No statement regarding condition, kind, value or quality of a lot shall be construed to be an expressed or implied warranty, representation or assumption of liability by Auction Company and affiliated companies or Seller.

The buyer agrees to pay an auction fee (commonly known as a buyers premium) in the amount of 10% of the purchase price if in person and 10% if bidding online which shall be paid at closing of the title and delivery of the deed.

TERMS OR SALE: All property is sold Â“AS ISÂ”. Shipping and transfer costs are the responsibility of the successful bidder. All items presented for sale are available for inspection on the scheduled preview dates or by appointment.

It is the BidderÂ’s responsibility to determine condition. The BidderÂ’s failure to inspect any item or lot will not constitute grounds for any claim, refund, adjustment, charge back, and/or exchange.

TERMS OF PAYMENT: Accepted forms of payment are; Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, wire transfer, cashierÂ’s check all within the United States. Payments by wire transfers and cashierÂ’s checks are negotiated in advance to buy out an item before the end of auction. Payments are expected to be fully funded before or at pickup time checks should be made payable VanDeRee Auction co. A 3% convenience fee will be collected on all Master Card, Visa, American Express, Discover, purchases.

Payment can be made online or at the pickup location. A 7% Florida sales tax applies to all purchases made by Florida residents. Dealers or other exempt parties must provide proper documentation for tax exemption, to VanDeRee Auction company prior to bidding.

TERMS OF BUYERÂ’S PREMIUM: There will be a 10% BuyerÂ’s Premium added to the winning bid. The sum of the winning bid plus the buyerÂ’s premium will be the sales price.

AUTO EXTEND
An auto extend feature is in place for all bids on lots. If a bid is placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the close of the auction will be automatically extended 5 minutes from the time the bid was placed. Example: if an auction scheduled to close at 2:00 receives a bid at 1:59, the close time will automatically extend to 2:05. The auto extend feature remains active until no further bids are received within a 5 minute time frame.

REFRESH YOUR SCREEN CONSTANTLY DURING THE CLOSING MINUTES OF THE BIDDING

PICK UP AND SHIPPING: All items must be paid for in full before they are removed from the auction site. Pick up dates for items will be Monday, May 19th, from 12 noon until 4:00 pm and Tuesday, May 20th from 12 noon until 4:00 pm at VanDeRee Auction Company 214 Tampa Ave, West Venice FL 34285. Please call 941-488-1500 to make arrangements. Items must be picked up no later than May 23rd at or before 12 noon EST. Items not picked up by May 23rd deadline will be resold by VAnDeRee Auction co. and NO REFUND will be made to the forfeiting party. There will be no pickups on the date the auction ends.

VanDeRee auction company DOES NOT provide shipping preparations or transportation services. The logistics for packaging, preparations for shipping, shipping, loading, moving and transporting are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. The purchaser may contact VanDeRee Auction Co. 941-488-1500 to arrange to have their item(s) dropped off at Venice Post Office and Packed to be packed and shipped.

BIDDER DEFAULT: Failure to complete a purchase is illegal and will result in one or more of the following (1) prosecution (2) loss of bidding privileges for VanDeRee Auction Company and all other MarkNet Alliance auctions.

SERVER & SOFTWARE TECHNICAL ISSUES: In the event there are technical difficulties related to the server, software or any other online auction-related technologies, VanDeRee Auction co. reserves the right to extend bidding, continue the bidding, or close the bidding.

If a bidder at any time feels his/her user name, password or bidder number has been compromised due to lack of security by the bidder, notify VanDeRee Auction co. 941-488-1500
